Postage / Shipping

General:

There is a Minimum Spend Requirement of $20 for Postage.
Please allow 2 - 4 business days (Tues - Friday) for pick & pack process before dispatch.
Click & Collect is available at our shop location in Liverpool, NSW.
Packing Peanuts that are used are environment-friendly and 100% biodegradable, compostable and water soluble. They are also Static Free and Australian Made.
$3.95 Capped for both shipping options and available when a subtotal is over $150.
If for some reason we are unable to ship your order due to postal specific postcode we will contact the customer via email.

Australia Post Delivery:

This option does ship to Australia Post offices, Australia Post P.O. Boxes and Australian Post Parcel Lockers.
Customers will receive tracking information via email to follow the transit of their parcel, once it has been dispatched.

International Shipping:

We are currently unable to ship outside of Australia.
